Further Investment & Growth at Lancashire Trade Frames
15/02/2006
Continuing strong sales growth has encouraged Spectus fabricator
Lancashire Trade Frames to move to larger manufacturing premises
and invest in new equipment in order to satisfy demand.

Since the company was
founded in 2003, it has
grown every year.
Now production has
moved into a 20,000 sq ft
new factory based in
Breightmet near Bolton,
and an investment of
£350,000 has been
made in of new
machinery, including
a corner cleaner and
CNC machining centre.

This follows an
investment of over
£180,000 in new
machinery in 2004.

Mark Rolands, Managing Director of Lancashire Trade Frames comments:
"Our move to larger premises will permit us to increase production from 600 to
around 1,200 frames per week. With our five day turnaround, and 24 hour express
line, we have seen rapid growth in business. The new premises will allow us to
meet current demand, and gives the company space for future expansion.

"Demand for the Elite 70 fully featured suite is on the increase. We will also offer the
Elite 70 bevelled when it is launched in March, and forsee that it will be as popular as
the rest of the range. The Elite 70 system establishes a benchmark for performance
and design. Lancashire Trade Windows aims to match that with quality & service."
