EXPANDED ROLE FOR SPECTUS' MD

Peter Abbott, MD of Spectus Window Systems, is taking up a new role as
Business Development Director of Latium Plastics Holdings, the parent company
of both Spectus and Ultraframe. Peter, widely recognised as one of the most
experienced and influential people in the industry, will be focusing on developing
the customer base and expanding Latium's European businesses.

Peter will remain as a
Director of Spectus
and will also become a
Director of Ultraframe.
He will continue to be
heavily involved with
Spectus and comments,
"We have achieved great
things at Spectus over
the past eighteen months.

Performance has
improved in every area
and we are right on track
with all our targets.
I am committed to
following through all the
initiatives we have started
and seeing Spectus
emerge as the market
leader it has the
potential to be."

Peter' replacement as

MD is Sam Kennedy, formerly Sales Director of Bowater
Building Product (WHS/Halo). Peter continues, "Sam has over twenty years
experience of the industry and will be a tremendous addition to the Spectus team.
I look forward to working closely with him over coming months".
