NATIONAL PROFILES TO DISTRIBUTE SPECTUS

National Profiles Ltd., based in Mallow, Co. Cork, Ireland, have just been appointed
distributor for Spectus Window Systems for the 32 counties of Ireland.
National Profiles will continue to distribute the WHS/Halo UPVC and
Smart Systems aluminium products throughout the whole of Ireland.

National Profiles will be offering both UPVC systems in a wide variety of colours.
Work is also just about to commence on their new €12 million state of the art
corporate headquarters at Clyda Business Park in Mallow, Co. Cork, which will
also house a new lamination line to cater for the demand for colour UPVC systems.
