Highseal Windows Ltd is fabricating
thousands of Spectus' casement windows
for a five year refurbishment contract with
Bowlee Park Housing Association near
Rochdale. Over £35million will be spent
improving more than 1,200 properties
of 25 different house types as part of the
Government's Decent Homes initiative.
